Final Thoughts
Booting your SonicWALL to Safe Mode can be a lifesaver in critical network situations. Whether you’re recovering from a failed update or addressing configuration issues, understanding how to access and use Safe Mode effectively ensures minimal downtime and quick restoration of services.
With this knowledge in hand, you’re well-prepared to tackle common SonicWALL issues and maintain a robust, resilient network infrastructure.

Worth mentioning that to connect to Safemode will need HTTP as it doesnt support HTTPS, took me 3 goes thinking it wasnt working before I realised it was https by default.
I hold the Reset button for 10, 20, 30 seconds – doesn’t matter, the test light never comes on. Not sure what to do to get mine reset. It is a Soho.
